Pokémon HOME Update: Scarlet and Violet Compatibility

The Pokémon Company has finally made it official that the Scarlet and Violet compatibility update for the popular cloud service, Pokémon HOME, will soon be available. The announcement came last week, with the release of version 3.0.0 today, on 30th May.

No Need to Worry

If you were worried about this highly-anticipated update, there’s no need to be anymore. Players can now download version 3.0.0 on their Nintendo Switch. Also, Serebii.net has highlighted on social media that the maintenance for this update has officially begun. This development indicates that there will soon be full compatibility of this game on all compatible Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.

So far, players have only been able to trade Pokémon with those who have the same HOME version and HOME mobile version as themselves. But, thanks to this new update, that limitation will be eliminated.
