Fortnite players, get ready for a new season! Epic has started teasing what’s in store for the island in the upcoming season, and from the looks of it, the overall theme, Wilds, appears to be more jungle-focused.

The teaser is only eight seconds long and was posted on the official Fortnite Twitter account. In the video, the word “Wilds” appears on the screen while a jungle is visible in the background. Jungle-like noises can be heard throughout the video until the words “June 9, 2023” appear on screen, hinting at the end of Chapter 4, Season 2 – the current season.

Although not much is known about Season 2, the teaser aligns with what has been previously reported, with the season’s theme heavily focusing on the jungle. A leaked loading screen last week showcased a few original Fortnite characters running through the jungle alongside Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots.

According to Shiina, a well-known Fortnite content creator, Optimus Prime will be featured in the battle pass instead of being a bonus skin like Eren Yeager was this season.
