Sega recently provided fans of the beloved blue blur with another glimpse of the upcoming game, Sonic Superstars, during its Sonic Central broadcast. However, the company has yet to confirm an official release date for the game.

According to “multiple retailer listings,” Sonic Superstars is set to launch on October 17th, 2023. This information can be found on websites like Target and GameStop in the US, with the price listed at $59.99.

It’s important to note that Sega has not officially verified this date, so it should be considered a tentative placeholder for now. If it turns out to be accurate, though, Sonic Superstars will be released during the same week as Super Mario Bros. Wonder, which is scheduled for October 20th.

Earlier this week, Sega revealed the key art for Sonic Superstars, which will also serve as the game’s box art. Additionally, during the Sonic Central broadcast, it was announced that pre-orders for the game will include an exclusive LEGO Eggman in-game character skin.
