Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Update Removes More Duplication Glitches

Nintendo has recently released update 1.2.0 for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This update focuses on fixing broken quests and eliminating duplication glitches.

The official patch notes do not specifically mention the removal of duplication glitches, but instead state that issues have been addressed to enhance the overall gameplay experience. However, as Eurogamer reports, this update does in fact remove newly discovered duplication glitches involving frozen meat and throwable weapons.

Nintendo has a reputation for swiftly addressing and fixing glitches as they are discovered by the gaming community. Players who wish to continue exploiting duplication glitches should avoid updating to the latest patch.

In addition to fixing glitches, the latest update also resolves several quests that previously caused progression issues for some players. Furthermore, players can now launch Tears of the Kingdom from specific Switch News channels to earn special in-game items.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was released in May 2023 and quickly became the best-selling game of the month in the United States. It is currently the second best-selling game of the year and is a strong contender for Game of the Year awards later in 2023. The game has received critical acclaim, achieving top scores from numerous outlets.
