Don’t Nod’s Banishers: Ghosts Of New Eden Arrives In November

The Release Date for Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is Revealed in New Trailer

Don’t Nod, the renowned developers of popular games such as Life is Strange and Vampyr, are set to release their upcoming action RPG, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. The game’s launch date has been unveiled in a newly released trailer, with the highly anticipated title scheduled for release on November 7.

A Tale of Love and the Supernatural

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden follows the story of Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith, two individuals who are both lovers and Banishers. As Banishers, their mission is to protect the living from the lingering spirits of the dead. However, Antea finds herself transformed into a ghost, adding a unique twist to their journey. Together, they must embark on an adventure to find a way to bring Antea back to life.

Throughout their adventure, Antea and Red will explore the wondrous and perilous North American settlement of New Eden. Armed with Red’s conventional weaponry and Antea’s spectral abilities, players will engage in combat with supernatural threats. The game offers players the freedom to make choices through interactive conversations with the residents of New Eden. These choices will shape the narrative, allowing players to decide whether to prioritize their duty as Banishers or sacrifice their oath to restore Antea’s mortality.

Coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden will be available on multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. As part of Don’t Nod’s 2023 launch schedule, the game is the second of three titles, following the release of Harmony: The Fall of Reverie last month. Fans can also look forward to Jusant, a meditative climbing game, set to be released this fall.
