Diablo 4 Patch Notes Address Bugs For Druids, Quests, And More

The latest patch notes for Diablo 4 have been revealed by Blizzard. Scheduled to go live on August 15, the 1.1.2 update will bring gameplay updates and bug fixes for Druids, quests, dungeons, events, and more.

In this update, players can expect a reduced wait time for a Malignant Monster to spawn after activating a Malignant Heart in the world. The wait time has been shortened from 5 seconds to just 2 seconds. Additionally, players will now be automatically placed in the Trade Channel by default, but this can be adjusted in the in-game settings.

The update also addresses several bugs related to Druids. Players will no longer face the issue of Boulders cast with the Aspect of Metamorphic Stone equipped not dealing more than 100% damage. The malignant power of Agitated Wind will no longer trigger when breaking destructible objects, and the companions of Aspect of the Alpha Werewolf will no longer float above the ground.

Furthermore, quest bugs will also be fixed in the update. Players will no longer face obstacles when trying to complete the Fury Against Fate quest, and the exploit that allowed players to obtain Iron Skin Elixirs indefinitely by repeatedly accepting and abandoning the Desperate Remedies quest has been resolved.

Here is a summary of all the changes included in the 1.1.2 update:

  • Reduced wait time for Malignant Monster spawn from 5 to 2 seconds.
  • Players are now automatically placed in the Trade Channel. Option to opt-out available in the in-game settings.
