With the release of Genshin Impact’s 4.0 update, players are facing new and formidable boss battles. Among them is the Ocean Circuit Judge, a challenging creature that requires underwater combat tactics. In this guide, we will explain how to beat the Ocean Circuit Judge in Genshin Impact.

Damage the Ocean Circuit Judge with Blue Crab Abilities

This massive crab boss might seem invincible at first, but there’s a specific method to defeat it. To damage the Ocean Circuit Judge in Genshin Impact, you need to use the ability obtained from the blue crabs.

Underwater, certain creatures possess unique abilities that you can absorb. Look for the tiny blue crab with an icon above it. By left-clicking on it, you can acquire the ability. If you’re unsure about the Ocean Circuit Judge’s location, refer to the map above. It can be found underwater, south of the Court of Fontaine.

To swiftly overcome this boss, proper utilization of abilities is essential. Press the ‘E’ key or your Elemental Skill key to activate a forcefield that protects you from damage. The Ocean Circuit Judge may attempt spin-attacks or hurl fish at you. It’s futile to rely on Normal Attacks as they deal minimal damage.

Instead, hold down the Elemental Skill key to charge up your ability and aim it. Wait for the giant crab to throw a fish, and upon impact with your forcefield, release the key. This will result in massive damage to the crab.

As the battle progresses, the Ocean Circuit Judge will also activate a forcefield. However, this obstacle can be easily overcome with the acquired ability. Stick to this strategy, and the crab will quickly be defeated. That’s all it takes to triumph over the Ocean Circuit Judge!
