Early on in the game, an NPC appears with an uncanny resemblance to Musk. Although it’s not officially confirmed to be him, the outfit, appearance, and face seem too similar to ignore.

To witness this scene, start a new game and choose the Corporate life path to begin at Arasaka. The game starts with the protagonist, V, in a bathroom looking into a mirror. As you progress through the conversation with Jackie, a man enters the bathroom wearing aviator sunglasses and a golden vest. If you examine closely, you’ll notice the striking resemblance to Musk, including his signature aviator sunglasses. The man briefly acknowledges V before entering one of the bathroom stalls and locking the door.

While it’s hard to believe this isn’t Musk, we don’t have any concrete evidence other than word of mouth.

Well, it all starts with Musk’s ex-girlfriend, Grimes, recording dialogue for a character named Lizzy-Wizzy in a questline called “Violence.” During one of the recording sessions, Musk decided to pay a visit and jokingly requested a cameo, along with a 200-year-old flintlock pistol.
