All Road to the Knockout Cards and How They Can Be Upgraded in EA Sports FC 24
EA Sports FC 24, the latest game in the EA Sports series formerly known as FIFA, introduces a variety of changes while also retaining familiar elements. One constant is the live promo event called Road to the Knockouts, where selected teams of players receive promotional cards that can be upgraded based on their performance in European competitions. In this guide, we will cover all Road to the Knockout cards and the requirements for their upgrades in EA Sports FC 24.
Teams and Cards
Within EA Sports FC 24’s Road to the Knockout, there will be at least two teams. In addition to these major releases, smaller releases such as Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) and other additions are periodically introduced to expand the card pool. Criteria for Upgrades
In order to receive upgrades, cards from the Road to the Knockout promo event must meet one of two conditions: their team must win two of their remaining knockout games, or they must qualify for the knockout rounds. It’s important to note that these conditions are not mutually exclusive. Therefore, some cards may receive multiple upgrades to their Road to the Knockout versions. For instance, Erling Haaland, who plays for Manchester City, a strong team and the defending champions of the Champions League, is likely to receive both upgrades.
