It’s official! Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed – Ecto Edition is headed to the Nintendo Switch. Publisher and developer Illfonic has just revealed the game’s Switch eShop page, and fans can expect to dive into the supernatural adventure on October 19th.

Originally released on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC last year, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is a thrilling co-op ghost-hunting game where players can take on the role of either a Ghostbuster or a ghost. The gameplay revolves around a 4-vs-1 setup, similar to the popular Luigi’s Mansion minigame in Nintendo Land.

Whether you prefer to play online or offline, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed offers both options with an AI opponent available for solo play. The Ecto Edition on the Switch includes the base game along with all four DLC packages. In handheld mode, the game runs at 30fps and 720p, while docked mode offers 1080p resolution.
