What is the artifact auto-lock feature in Genshin Impact

One of the most beneficial Quality of Life updates in Genshin Impact 4.3 is the introduction of the artifact auto-lock feature. With this new feature, locking artifacts automatically by setting specific parameters has become easier than ever. You can customize plans and set requirements for the main and minor affixes of different artifact sets.

You can create up to two custom plans for each artifact set, and the game will then auto-lock artifact sets that match your input. Additionally, enabling the “Automatically Lock 5-Star Artifacts That Meet Requirements” option allows for the automatic locking of artifact sets that meet your predetermined plan.

Players will also have access to a new option that shows the popular artifact sets used with a specific character, derived from all recently active players using that character. This data can also be used to auto-lock recommended artifacts.

How to set a plan for an artifact in Genshin Impact

Setting a plan for an artifact in Genshin Impact is a straightforward process:

• From your inventory, open the Artifact screen.
• Press on the Artifact Auto-Lock option at the bottom of the screen.
• Select the artifact set that you want to auto-lock.
• Click on Edit.
• Select the Main Affix that you want to auto-lock.
• Choose the Minor Affixes that you want to auto-lock.
• Once you are done making the plan, click Save.
• Click on Search Artifacts In Inventory.
• This will give you a list of all the artifacts that meet the requirement.
• Once you confirm, the game will lock the artifacts that meet your requirements.
