Greetings, Xbox Insiders! An upcoming Xbox Update Preview is set to be released to the Beta ring. It cannot be overstated that the updates made to the preview OS builds include essential background improvements that contribute to the enhancement of the quality and stability of Xbox consoles.

Fixes Implemented
We are pleased to announce that, thanks to the hard work and dedication of Xbox engineers, the following fixes have been implemented for this build:
Capture & Share
- Fixed an issue where capturing screenshots or game clips immediately after launching a title could prevent subsequent captures from completing as expected until the console was restarted.
Games
- Additional fixes to address unexpected loss of saved game progress in various titles.
System
- Various stability and performance fixes.
Known Issues
We understand the concerns surrounding issues that have been listed in previous Xbox Insider Release Notes. These concerns are not being ignored, but the resolution may require additional time from Xbox engineers.
Audio
- We have received reports of users experiencing intermittent issues with audio across the dashboard, games, and apps. We advise that users ensure they have the latest firmware updates for their TV and other equipment. If unsure, contacting the manufacturer for assistance may be necessary. If the issue persists after applying the latest firmware updates, please submit feedback via Report a Problem, including as much information as possible.
Networking
- We are investigating reports of an issue where the console may not connect to the network as expected on boot.
Use Report a problem to keep us informed of your issue. The data gathered is crucial to finding a resolution.
