Bandai Namco Studios Reveals New French Fighter, Victor Chevalier, for Tekken 8
As the highly anticipated release date of Tekken 8 approaches, Bandai Namco Studios continues to delight fans by introducing new characters to the roster of the popular fighting game franchise. In an exciting first for Tekken, a French fighter named Victor Chevalier, the founder of the UN’s independent forces, will be joining the fray.
According to Victor’s backstory, he comes from a long line of distinguished knights and followed in his father’s footsteps by joining the French Navy. Eventually, he became a member of the United Nations and then went on to establish and train the Raven Force, a formidable armed group dedicated to countering the troops of Mishima Zaibatsu.
Game director Katsuhiro Harada has revealed that he had been considering the addition of a French fighter to Tekken for some time. Actor Vincent Cassel, known for his roles in films like Black Swan and Ocean’s Twelve, served as the main inspiration for Victor Chevalier and will be providing the character’s voice in Tekken 8.
Victor Chevalier’s Exciting Gameplay in Tekken 8
In a thrilling gameplay trailer, Tekken fans got a glimpse of the action-packed fighting style of Victor Chevalier. The trailer showcases the French fighter engaged in intense battles against various opponents on a boat sailing through the iconic city of Paris.
