Reflections on My Career with Xbox

As I look back on my career, I realize that I have spent the majority of my adult life working with Xbox. It all began in July 2011 when I was hired as T1 Support and based in an old call center in Beaverton, Oregon. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work my way up through various support channels, gaining valuable experience and expertise along the way.

From starting in a new role to eventually becoming one of the original Xbox Rangers, I have worn many hats within the company. My journey has seen me fulfill roles such as Tier 3 tech support, Case Manager, and Mentor Lead. Not to mention, I also made the move to Washington during this time, adding another dimension to my professional growth.

In 2016, an opportunity arose when Jon, a member of the Xbox Insider Team, approached me about joining XIP. I seized the chance and spent another five years working with the Rangers before transitioning to my current role in 2022, where I have been focused on OS Flighting ever since.
