4K Blu-rays of Disney Plus Original Shows Available for Pre-Order
Pre-orders for the latest wave of 4K Blu-rays featuring Disney Plus original shows are now live. The collector’s edition Steelbooks for the first seasons of Andor, Obi-Wan, Moon Knight, and The Falcon & The Winter Soldier vary in price. They can currently be reserved at Amazon or Walmart ahead of their April 30 launch.
Exciting Features of the 4K Blu-rays
It’s exciting to see these shows, initially exclusive to Disney Plus, being made available on disc in stunning 4K quality. Each 4K Blu-ray comes packaged in a beautiful Steelbook featuring a trio of lithographs from the show. Additionally, the discs include bonus features such as featurettes, commentaries, and visual effects breakdowns.
Expanding Collection of Streaming Service Releases
The initial wave of Disney Plus physical releases featured similar collector’s editions for the first seasons of WandaVision, Loki, and The Mandalorian. However, Disney Plus is not the only streaming service making its original programming available on physical media. Hulu’s Prey and Netflix shows like The Sandman and Wednesday have also made the transition to physical media.
