Should you take Adam’s hand in Stellar Blade?

Deciding whether to take Adam’s hand in Stellar Blade is a crucial decision that will impact the ending you receive and the final boss you face. There are three possible endings in Stellar Blade: Return to the Colony, Cost of Lost Memories, and Making New Memories.

Taking Adam’s hand opens up the possibility of getting either the “Cost of Lost Memories” or the “Making New Memories” endings. The outcome depends on whether you managed to fill Lily’s collectibles bar to 100% throughout your gameplay.

Completing Lily’s collectibles bar and accepting Adam’s hand will lead to the Making New Memories ending, while not filling up the bar and taking Adam’s hand will result in the Cost of Lost Memories ending. Here’s a brief overview of each ending:

  • Cost of Lost Memories ending: Lily dies after defeating Lily’s Exosuit, leading to an endless battle with robots until the screen fades to black.
  • Making New Memories ending: Lily survives and Eve and Lily return to the colony to restore Xion back to health.

In the final boss battle, you will face Lily’s Exosuit, as it takes control and Lily cannot stop it.

Don’t take Adam’s hand in Stellar Blade

Refusing Adam’s offer and declining to take his hand will always result in the “Return to the Colony” ending. In this ending, you will confront Elder Naytiba in the final boss battle.

  • Return to the Colony ending: After the boss fight with Elder Naytiba, Eve stabs Adam, and they are transported to discover a planet surrounded by mechanical rings.

That wraps up the consequences of taking Adam’s hand in Stellar Blade. For those interested in New Game Plus, be sure to check out our guide on the best build for Eve, covering Exospines, gear, and skills!
